Service requests
Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment or service agreement. Coverage, property scope, access, scheduling, and final pricing must be confirmed with our team before work begins. No payment is collected through the cleaning request form.
Pricing and scope
Displayed cleaning prices are public launch prices for the described services. Deep Reset is a starting price. Setup package examples and add-ons are subject to a confirmed proposal. Service availability is service-area based.
Independent owner support
CoLiving Support is an independent, platform-agnostic owner support provider. We are not a property manager, agent or broker; owners manage, lease and operate their properties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by PadSplit. We do not guarantee occupancy, rental income, financial returns, compliance, or approval by a platform.
Website use
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Owner, staff, and admin information is accessible only through the existing authenticated account flows.
