Yes. Cleaning visits, room turnovers, reviews and setup are billed at the prices listed above when the work is performed; the monthly plan covers the platform, virtual support hours and coordination. Repairs, materials and vendor invoices are separate, and nothing is booked or charged without your approval.
Field availability varies by market and is confirmed for your address after property review. If we can't cover your property today, you'll hear that before anything is booked.
No. Cleaning, turnovers and the Property Readiness Review can be booked on their own, and the platform ($49 per month, per property) and Virtual Support ($199 per month, per property, including 8 VA hours) are available on their own.
Selected field providers perform physical work, coordinated by CoLiving Support. We are an independent owner support provider — not a property manager, agent or broker — and the decisions stay with you.
No. Sign-up currently sends an access request, not an instant account activation or a purchase. Availability, service scope and your Owner Support Services Agreement are confirmed before services begin.
